Deer Steak

1 to 2 pounds of deer meat, cut into steaks
1 can of milk
flour
pepper
salt
season meat tenderizer 

Place the steak in a pan and pour the milk over it and sprinkle with the tenderizer. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Flour the steak. Cook over medium heat until tender. Makes 4 servings
