Cauliflower w/Almond Dill Butter
one 10 ounce package of frozen cauliflower 2 tablespoons of slivered almonds 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine 1/4 teaspoon of dried dillweed
Cook the cauliflower, drain. In a small saucepan, cook almonds in butter over low heat until golden, stirring frequently. Stir in dill. Pour over cauliflower and toss. Makes 4 servings |
