| Lemon Butter Asparagus
four 10 ounce packages of frozen asparagus spears 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine 3 tablespoons of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of butter
Cook asparagus according to package directions, drain. Arrange asparagus in serving dish, cover with foil, keep warm. In a small skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of butter until melted, stir in lemon juice, heat to boiling. Pour lemon butter over asparagus. Top with 1 tablespoon of butter. Makes 8 - 10 servings
