| | Spaghetti with Ham & Eggs
1 pound of spaghetti 4 tablespoons of margarine or butter 1/2 pound of ham, diced 2 eggs, slightly beaten 2 tablespoons of cream, optional 2 tablespoons of chopped chives 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Melt margarine in skillet; sauté ham until lightly browned. Drain spaghetti well; return to pot. Immediately add ham, eggs, cream, chives, salt and pepper; toss lightly. (Heat from the spaghetti cooked eggs). Add Parmesan cheese; toss lightly. 4 servings |
