| Southern Roasted Corn
6 ears of fresh young corn Melted butter Salt Pepper
Pull back the husks of the corn (do not pull them off the stem), and remove the silk. Brush the corn with melted butter, and season with salt and pepper. Pull the husks back over the corn, and wrap each ear securely in heavy foil. Roast over hot coals on grill, turning often, for about 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Or roast in a preheated 350ºF. oven for 30 minutes, turning often. Serves 6
