| Hot Consommé Neptune
1 can of consomme
1 can of water
1 bottle of clam juice
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1/2 cup of heavy cream, whipped with 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Heat the liquids. Place a large dollop of salted whipped cream on each serving. Serve very hot. Serves 6 |
