| Crabmeat Soup w/Sherry
1 pint of half and half cream
1 can of chicken broth
1 small pkg. of frozen crab meat
2 tablespoons of sherry
salt and pepper
Heat cream to boiling point in top part of double broiler. Lend in remaining ingredients. Serve very cold, if preferred. Serves 6 |
