Turkey Cutlets w/Savory Tomato Sauce

1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
2 pounds of turkey cutlets
2 cups of tomato juice
2 tablespoons of onion,  minced
1/2teaspoon of savory
Salt or garlic salt and pepper to taste
Parsley sprigs for garnish



Melt the butter in nonstick frying pan. Add turkey cutlets in single layer. Cook over moderate heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, until turkey is thoroughly cooked. Remove to serving platter and keep warm. Drain frying pan.
Add tomato juice, onion, savory, salt and pepper to frying pan. Cook uncovered, over high heat until juice is reduced by half. To serve, pour sauce over cutlets and  garnish with fresh parsley. Serves 4
