| Honey Cornish Hens
4 Cornish game hens
1/2 cup of butter, melted
1/2 cup of honey
1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of salt
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt and mix. Pour over hens and bake 1 1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes until hens are tender and nicely browned. |
