| Cheese Crumbled Cornish Hens
2 rock Cornish hens, thawed
1/4 cup of garlic flavored sour cream dip
1 cup of crushed cheese crackers
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
Dash pepper
Cut hens in half lengthwise, wash and pat dry. Coat well with sour cream dip. Combine crushed cheese crackers, thyme and pepper. Roll hens in cracker mixture. Place skin side up in shallow roasting pan. Bake 45-60 minutes. |
