| Oven Roasted Potato Wedges
4 to 6 russet baking potatoes or long white potatoes 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Leaving skins on, scrub potatoes and cut lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips. In a small bowl, combine oil, salty, pepper and paprika. Toss potato wedges in seasoned oil. Place potatoes on foil lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until tender. Turn potatoes once while baking. Makes 4 - 6 servings |
