| Onion Roasted Potatoes
1 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix
1/3 cup of olive or vegetable oil
2 pounds of potatoes
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Spray casserole dish or 9 x 13 pan liberally with Pam. Scrub potatoes but leave peel on, cut into cubes. Combine all ingredients in Ziploc bag and shake well until potatoes are coated. Put into prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
