Skillet Okra
one 16 ounce can of whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped 1 1/2 cups of sliced fresh okra one 16 ounce can of whole kernel corn, undrained 1/2 cup of chopped onion 1/2 cup of chopped celery 1/4 cup of chopped green pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large skillet, stirring well. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. 8 servings
