| | Sweet & Sour Spareribs
2 pounds of spareribs, country style 1/3 cup of vinegar 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of sherry 2 teaspoons of fresh ginger root, grated 1 package of Sweet 'n Low sweetener
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Parboil spareribs for 3 -6 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients together. Place spareribs in casserole dish, cover with sauce. Bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Serves 2.
