2 pounds of ground beef 2 packages of taco seasoning mix 1/4 cup of water 6 ounces of cheddar cheese, shredded 4 tablespoons of scallions, chopped 4 tablespoons of sour cream 8 tablespoons of salsa
Crumble ground beef into a ceramic bowl. Microwave on high for 3 to 6 minutes, just until meat is no longer pink when stirred. Drain. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Stir well. Microwave for 2 more minutes. Divide meat onto 4 individual serving plates. Sprinkle 1/4 of the cheese over each plate. Return each plate to microwave for 30 seconds, or until cheese melts. Garnish each plate with 1 tablespoon sour cream and 2 tablespoons salsa. Serve immediately. Serves 4. |
