| | Filet Mignon with Hollandaise
2 filet mignons
2 bacon strips
2 tablespoons of hollandaise sauce
Wrap bacon around each filet and secure with toothpicks. Grill 4 minutes per side (for medium rare).
Remove from grill, top with hollandaise sauce and serve. Serves 2. |
