| | Baked Fresh Ham
10 pounds of fresh ham 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary 1/2 teaspoon of ground thyme 1 cup of chicken stock
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Trim excess fat from ham. Mix oil with herbs and rub all over ham. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 - 35 minutes per pound of meat, or until meat thermometer registers 185ºF. Baste occasionally with chicken stock. Serves 10. |
