| | Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting 8 ounces of semisweet chocolate
1 tablespoon of butter
3 cups of confectioner's (icing) sugar
1 cup of evaporated milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of cream cheese, softened |

Melt the chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in the confectioner's sugar and cream. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the vanilla. Use an electric mixer, beat in the cream cheese until very smooth. Let it cool slightly before using. |
