3 pounds of sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 cup of sugar
3/4 stick of butter
1/2 cup of milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 package of lemon flavored Kool Aid

Topping

1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of chopped pecans
1 tablespoon of cinnamon


Combine all of the ingredients except for the topping, mix well. Place it in a 9 by 13 inch casserole dish. Mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the potatoes. Bake at 375ºF. for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 8 to 10
