Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Meanwhile, lightly brush 1 side of wonton skins with liquid margarine or melted margarine or butter. Cut each wonton skin in half diagonally, forming 24 triangles. Spray a 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan with nonstick coating. Arrange the triangles, margarine side up, in a single layer in the pan. Lightly sprinkle with seasoned salt or cinnamon sugar. Bake in the 400ºF. oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Makes 24 servings Back to appetizers |
