| Baltimore Eggnog
1 ounce of Jamaica rum
1 ounce of Brandy
1 ounce of Madeira
1 whole Egg
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
3/4 cup of milk
Nutmeg to taste

Shake all ingredients well with cracked ice and strain into a collins glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve. Yields: 1 Servings
