10 eggs 1/4 cup of heavy cream 4 ounces of ham, cooked and diced 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup of bell pepper, diced 2 tablespoons of onion, minced 4 ounces of cheddar cheese, shredded |

Set oven to 350ºF. Beat the eggs and cream. Add all ingredients and blend well. Pour mixture into 8 X 8-inch non-metallic baking dish. Sprinkle extra cheese on top, if desired. Bake for 40 minutes. Cut into 6 pieces and serve at once. Serves 6.
