| Custard Breakfast Squares
10 eggs 1 pint of heavy cream 1 pint of water 1 teaspoon of almond extract 5 packets of Sweet 'n Low 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Set oven to 350ºF. Beat the eggs, and add all ingredients except the cinnamon. Blend well. Pour mixture into 8 x 8non-metallic baking dish Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Place baking dish inside a larger baking dish filled with water (the water should be at least 1/2 way up the main baking dish). Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool and cut into 6 pieces. Serves 6. |
