| Missy's Cheese Grits
1 cup of quick grits 4 cups of water 1 teaspoon of salt 1 cup of sharp cheese, grated a dash of cayenne pepper 1 stick of butter or margarine 2 or 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup of milk one 6 ounce roll of Kraft garlic cheese a little garlic salt |

Top of stove: Bring water and salt to boiling. Add grits, stir. Cut off heat. Add butter and cheese. Cover until they are melted. Beat eggs and milk together and pour into grits mixture. When well blended, pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350ºF. until firm and lightly brown. Can be made ahead and reheated.
* If garlic cheese roll is unavailable, substitute sharp cheese and 1/4 teaspoon of powdered garlic.
