Morning Fruit Shake

1 cup of skim milk
1 cup of sliced ripe banana
3 tablespoons of frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

In the container of an electric blender, place the milk, banana, orange juice and vanilla extract. Cover and whirl until it is smooth. Serve at once. Makes 2 servings
